NTI diversified its product offering by launching its new, nation-wide roadside assistance network under the banner of its specialist Truck Assist brand. We were tasked with creating a new identity, communications and online platform to launch the brand.
We created a brand platform which focussed on the main target audience, which surprisingly wasn’t big rig truckers. It was tradies who drive 3.5 tonne trucks that only require a regular car licence.
