In raising funds for MND & Me foundation, we supported specialist truck insurer, NTI, in developing and rolling out a promotional ‘WIN’ campaign for both the Brisbane Truck Show and Sydney’s Diesel Dirt and Turf Events.
Bringing to life a fully restored 1946 Jailbar, ’Roxanne’ already had the history, the story & the character- all we had to do, is give the creative a little love and let her do the talking.
The creative story started with the Grand Raffle Prize ‘Roxanne’; a 1946 Ford Jailbar, featuring an Isuzu N series 4JJI-TCS 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine.
Taking us back to a specific time in history. ‘Roxanne’ had her hey day after the second World War. With the rise of ‘rock n’roll’, hot rods were shifting from drag races and onto the city streets- they were the new automobile ‘must have’. With such a strong cultural identity we developed concepts in the 1946’s style, commissioning Roxanne as an illustration akin to the promo boards of her origin.
With the jukebox loud & proud, Roxanne graced the red-carpet at the Brisbane Truck Show and Sydney’s Diesel Dirt and Turf. She was flanked by: outdoor banners, pull up banners, A-Frames, raffle ticket purchase points, POS at all partner dealerships, counter cards, business card and raffle barrels- and a social campaign that connected with her beloved hot rod community.
Every day two Australians die from MND and two more are diagnosed. A cure for MND is yet to be found, with average life expectancy currently at 2.5 years. It can strike anyone at any time.
We proudly supported our foundation partner of 8 years NTI, together with Royan Truck & Trailer Repairs, HY-Way Truck Accessories, Tekno, Isuzu Trucks, BatteryWorld, Annvid & PPG. Collectively, we surpassed the initial goal.
These are briefs we love to be a part of.
